Returns

All returns must be made within thirty days of purchase. Containers must not be open, incomplete, or damaged.

Return process

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs. We recommend a trackable shipment (tracking number).

Refund

After receiving and inspecting the product, we will process the return. The time it appears on your account statement depends on the bank or credit card company you work with.

Damaged products

If the customer receives a damaged product, please contact the sales department at +1 (800) 678-4006 so we can arrange a new shipment, if necessary. You must take photos of the damage.

Fee

A $25.00 charge will be applied to all returns.
